FEATURES: |
Lipikar is a desktop authoring tool for non-English languages. It has been designed primarily for users of non-English or foreign fonts on Windows™.
Through its unique interface, Lipikar strives to take away the grind of remembering which character of a particular font corresponds to which key (or keys) on the keyboard, thus making foreign language text-entry a simple task for novices and power-users alike.

WHAT LIPIKAR DOES NOT OFFER: |
So that you know them clearly before you decide to download:
- Unicode (extended) or DBCS fonts are not supported
Supports only normal ANSI/ASCII range of characters from ASC(32)/HEX(20) through ASC(255)/HEX(FF) for all Windows™ bitmap fonts. - Font files in other folders cannot be used
Works only with fonts already installed by Windows in your Windows\Fonts folder. - Does not display a virtual keyboard layout for typing
Lipikar is actually a better alternative to it. In this context, please remember that Lipikar's built-in Keyboard Layout Viewer is only for informational purpose and is not interactive. - It is not a word-processor
Lipikar's text formatting capability is limited. A single font with its color, styles (bold, italics) and effects (underline, strikethrough) can be applied to the entire text file, which is limited to about 60,000 characters.
